The expansion into Croatia began in 2009 with the founding of CTB Brokers d.o.o. in Dubrovnik and the opening of offices in Dubrovnik and Split. Since its founding, strategic partnerships and investments have been made with local companies and communities. Such as the participation in a property developer in Dubrovnik, which made it possible to build and sell your own holiday properties.
