Rogoznica is located in the southern part of the Šibenik-Knin County, in a deep bay that is well protected from the wind, only 34 km away from Šibenik. Rogoznica has a 54 km long coastline and a geographical position that places it right in the center of the Dalmatian coast, and is the most prominent part of the Croatian mainland that extends deep into the Adriatic Sea.
