Over the years, as a real estate agency and real estate consulting company in Croatia, we have noticed that there are no German-speaking relocation providers on the market. Due to high demand and to complement the CTB Group’s range of services, we founded Terra Tecta Relocation Services in 2014, an international mobility provider based in Zagreb. Today, Terra Tecta Relocation Services has employees and partners in all Croatian cities with over 50,000 inhabitants to organize our customers’ moves to Croatia as cost-effectively and stress-free as possible. In addition, in 2019 we founded a concierge service and expat club to make the most of your time in Croatia.
